The brewers grind, mash, purify and hop their own beer by hand. Brewing theory and beer tasting are also included. The brewed beer can be taken home after fermentation and maturation.
PROCESS
At the Brew Day beer is brewed on a small scale (approx. 40L) on a special, small brewing system. The first step is to develop a recipe together, which is then jointly implemented – on the basis of which the brewing process is then explained.
