The little brother of the brewing day – the (Kl)einbrautag (small brewing day)! With real handwork you will crush grain, mash, lauter and add hops. Brewing theory and a beer tasting will not be forgotten. After completed fermentation and maturation, you can take the beer home with you.
During (Kl)einbrautag you will brew a little batch of beer (aprox. 40L) with a special, small brewing equipment. Together you develope a recipe which afterwards will be put in practice as a group – on this basis, the brewing process will be explained. The (Kl)einbrautag includes a guided tour through the production rooms of Brauwerk same as a tasting of all available Brauwerk beers. Suitable for beginners and hobby-brewers, same as as a teambuilding-event or as a present
